I want to share this breathing technique for happiness which involves a lot of smiling. This produces happiness, undoes stress and all heavy emotions in just one minute.
How to Be Happy Instantly - Maya Fiennes Meditation
This little exercise is just the ticket when you feel that you need an extra burst of happy to get you through the day.
How to do it:
- Slowly take three deep inhalations and exhalations through the nose.
- Then, with your best smile, smile for one minute straight.
- At 30 seconds, giggle.
- At 45 seconds, giggle a little more and let out a short laugh.
- At the end of the minute, laugh regardless of the emotions that you going through.
With daily practice, your happiness will increase more and more, and the stress and heavy emotions will disappear.
Once you find the power of your inhalations and smile, pass it on and teach it to someone else, so that you will have happy people all around you.
SMILE...! SMILE as much as you can! Smile to be happy regardless of the circumstances you are going through! Fake it till you make it! It really works!
