Do you ever get that "funny feeling"? The feeling that something's not quite right? The so-called "Red Flags"? I do too! Here's what you've got to do when the warning signals go off.
How to Spot The Red Flags - Mondays with Maya
I'm a big believer in listening to the warning voice in your head. If something is not right, get out of there! Your gut instinct is there for a reason, and you would do well to listen to it. Sometimes it's hard to act on what you are feeling, but you should at least try to make the correct moves in the direction that your instinct is telling you to go in.
There are so many times in life that the Red Flags can arise: relationships, friends, jobs, health, dating, parenting... We might not like the feeling that we get because it means that we have to act, but the best thing to do is move into action. Don't allow yourself to get further into the situation that you are having a "funny feeling" about.
In order to get some clarity, sit and meditate about it. Take a few breaths, a bit of time to yourself, and just breathe slow and deep and ask your intuition to guide you. Wherever you are, just stop, drop, and meditate!
I would love to hear your stories! Are there any issues you are feeling funny about? Is your gut telling you something different than what your heart is telling you? Tell me all about it!
Lots of love and clarity,
Maya x

Hi Maya, I totally agree! I went for an interview a couple of years ago and every bone in my body was telling me not to take the job! Guess what – I didn’t listen, took the job and had a really tough time. I only lasted a few months. But – such an important for me – to never ignore my gut feelings ever again!! Thanks & blessings Sue
